Products can be delivered everywhere in the world.

Orders will be sent to the address indicated by you.

All orders in stock are delivered within 3 working days in Greece, 3-5 working days in Europe, 4-6 working days in the rest of the world.

Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding public and national holidays.

The shipping costs are calculated depending on weight and destination.

Return Policy

All products purchased from our e-shop can be returned within 14 working days from

receipt. Return postage costs are paid by the buyer.

Products will be accepted if they are returned in their original condition unused, in their initial packaging with all the labels included.

Returned products must be delivered to the following address:  Benizelou Palaiologou 6 105 56  Athens, Greece,  either by post or by courier service and should be accompanied by:

1.The original receipt or invoiced issued &

2.  by a signed letter or e-mail providing all the necessary information in order to process the return: Buyers name and address, order code number, contact details, the reason that the purchased item(s) are being returned and a bank account number for your refund.

Within 20 working days from the date we receive the returned goods and providing all the above prerequisites are met we will process your return request.

We would like to underline that it is imperative if the returned items are not accompanied by the abovementioned required documents it will not be able to proceed with the return/refund procedure. The item (s) will be returned at the buyers cost.

Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of your order and you will be asked to confirm shipping costs before proceeding with your payment.
